I have told my daughter that she can date when she turns 27. She was ok with that

My oldest told me she won't get a boyfriend until she's "old like Momma." We'll see how that goes.

My daughter likes to do things some things outside, she likes to go fishing, and crabbing, but she has extremely sensitive ears, to the point where she's going to the Dr. for it next week so I dont think hunting will ever be an option.

My son, whose 2, fml he's going to be a handful.

My wife and I were planning on having 3 until my son was born. He was crawling at 5mth, walking at 9 mths and climbing at 11mths. He learned how to ride a bike without training wheels at 3.

He is absolutely all boy and would rather do stuff with me as anything.

Yeah I have American Indian in me, but I aint no Tonto. I barely have enough patience to deer hunt as it is, much less wait for them to get 6ft from me to hit with an arrow.

All the people on the GB that are on my Xbox friend's list know my son. He trolls them when he turns on the xbox and joins the game with them or they join on him thinking its me. He just runs around shooting randomly and throwing grenades.

My only child is 7 and she loves to dress up in girly stuff. But she also is right behind me in the woods and has been since she could walk. She goes with me hunting rabbits and squirrels with my hawk. She loves to fish. She's got a little fiberglass bow that she shoots when I'm shooting and is always talking about when she can kill a deer with it. She knows more about wildlife than 90% of adults, no joke. She plays in the dirt and catches bugs and worms. She's awesome. No way I'd trade her for a boy.

Got two girls, 3 and 6. Another unknown on the way. They are the greatest. Oldest one loves to go fishing, though I am admittedly do not take her anywhere near enough. They're also dying to go camping, gotta do that this fall.

I always thought I'd want boys, but once I got there, realized it really doesn't matter. I wouldn't trade those girls for anything.

Non outdoor story - I took them to dance the other night. on the way there, the 3 year old said "shoot." 6 year old tells her she said a bad word. I said "Well, shoot is ok. That is like saying shucks." 6 year old says "Oh, so it's not the same as shite?" Me - "Ummm, no, it's ok"

So, we're riding along, and I hear the following from the backseat:
6 yo to the 3 yo - "Ok, these are the curse words. The f word, the b word, the s word, the sh word and the gd word. You can say shoot and shucks. You can't say the other words, but you can if you're repeating what somebody else said or when you're telling on someone else for saying it."

I'm laughing my arse off in my head, when I realize the 3 year old is saying "frick" over and over. So, I say "no no no. we never say that word or any other curse words. Those are grown up words. You'll get kicked out of school if you say that. Don't ever say that word."

6 year old - "Well, actually, there is one time you can say it?"

Me - "oh really, when is that?"

6 year old - "Mommy said if anyone ever tries to kidnap me to yell Get the f-word away from me"

Makes sense to me. What else do they do - "kick scream, bight, fight"

Got me a 15yo and she's the best... love having a girl.

Now I didn't say having one is easy, but it is awesome.
