Zyn was the right amount of flavor for me. Most others just had an overpowering wintergreen (or whatever) flavor.
I am 1 week into quitting after a few years of basically having one in anytime I was awake. Using non nicotine alternatives (Ultra for now) to wean off. It's been a tough week.

Two Zyn up top and two on the bottom for a whopping 24mg of nicotine at a time is the way to go. I will have Zyn in my mouth when they lower me into the ground. And I never was a smoker. Just love the nicotine kick.

I pefered using lozenges over pouches. No mouth blisters and hiccups. It also help me quit nic alltogether.

They bunch up. I roll them around some to flatten them out and then they’re fine. I can’t do Zyn anymore. They just don’t last.
