Berthelot was one of the 4 men convicted in connection with the execution-style killing of LSU Student Kipp Gullett in September of 1992. Gullet was carjacked outside of his dormitory, taken to a construction site on Kenilworth Parkway and shot to death. Berthelot received a 20-year prison sentence for his role in the slaying.

How is this shite stain even free? They butchered that kid after stealing his Bronco from LSU.
Couple old TD links about him:

I remember that situation very well. He lived in Kirby Smith, as did I. Campus was very tense around that time. There were several armed robberies happening on campus at night during that time.

Yeah definitely not the norm for BR back then. Now you hear about that stuff and it barely phases you.

I was a sophomore. That story messed me up. I think the mom helped conceal evidence or something like that.

So another man kills his girlfriend in front of him and he does nothing to stop it and then helps him clean it up? Talk about ice cold.

fricked up.
When I'm in new orleans or baton rouge, out and about I always feel like I have to be always on guard. If I'm with people who are from out of town or have never been there, they are completely carefree.
I hate that I dont know a time where a person didnt have to worry about the levels of senseless violence in those two cities.
I've heard stories of cleanliness, prosperity and peace. But to me, those may as well be part of the old testament.

In 2013 Berthelot was accused of assaulting a man in an abandoned building on Old Hammond Highway and stealing more than $6,800, then forcing the man to consume pills and have sex with prostitutes. He is currently being held at EBR Parish Prison.
This must be the prison reform we always hear about

Was living in Kirby, at the time. Freaked everyone out for a while.

Kipp was one of my cousins, but killed before I got to meet him. My family members always talk about how he had such a bright future and how great a guy he was. Still cant fathom how messed up you have to be to do what this scum did.

My best friend beat Zebbies arse at a St. ALphonsus dance around 1988 or so.
I went to school with Zebbie and he was always a fricked up dude, but had a kind of 'cult like' following. It was weird.
