Well, if the justice system had done their job, Noce would be alive and well in jail.

They should plea down, serve 19 days and get probation. Whatever his sentence was.

Isn't that what happened in Ferguson and Baltimore?

Justice was done when the criminal died. What followed was purely criminal. Vigilante justice doesn't need to happen. The problem is taking care of itself. We just need to stay out of the way.

That's crazy. That dude called me back in February when I was in the market for an F-150. I priced my trade-in on some website and he called me like 5mins later. Ended-up buying from All Star, though.

I think this is the latest victim (the one identified in this thread).

The man he killed was a scumbag but that doesn't make it okay
Yes it does. If you rape a little girl, you deserve to be dealt with. My only problem with it is that the boy probably killed him too quickly. Should've consulted some experts before hand

The 18 yr old accomplice was his most recent victim? I would've thought it would have been the one he just went to court for and the 18 yr old was years ago

What I'm saying is she is the same person. Events he was charged for happened years ago.

shite's getting real in the comments of the WBRZ FB story on it. Crehan's sister, Riley, had this to say in response to someone else's comment:

quote:

He raped Brittany for many years. When she turned 16. She went to the cops. He was arrested and charged and let go after only serving 19 days!!!!!! The judge gave him probation. He then harassed my brother and Brittany for weeks and even threatened to kill her while my brother was at work. I guess they felt scared and vulnerable since the law OBVIOUSLY let him free. I'm not saying what he did was right. But I have a daughter.... And I could never imagine anyone raping her walking free

Jesus.

Vigilantly justice. Needs to happen more often.
Vigilante justice is an oxymoron.

Murder is still murder, especially if you think the victim deserved it. Which this guy probably did.

Besides, what about when this happens in a different situation where the person was wrongly accused?

Her DNA was found at the scene. That means she had a prior to have her DNA on file.

Would the police have her DNA if she was Noce's prior rape victim? (I have no idea how that works...)
