Unsub when it’s not football season. Sub September-January. I suspect eventually they’ll make you sub for 12 months, but for now they don’t. Who the frick wants to pay for MTV and BET

Netflix, free Hulu as part of my family phone data plan, and Disney+ is enough TV anyway. Watch sports highlights on regular old YouTube.

I follow F1 and need it for the ESPN subscription about 9 months a year, football takes care of the other 3 months.

Need to look at other options, but F1 TV aint it.

If you are inviting people over to watch the game nothing is worse than some 3rd party stream over justin.tv or the like.

Wish I could cut the cord.

Living on 20 acres on the sticks has advantages, but fast internet ain't one of them. AT&T tops out at 25 mbps out here compared to 100 mbps in the city of Rome 10 miles away. Comcast offers it, but they suck so bad it's unreal and I will never give them a dime.

Started YTTV last week in an effort to "cut the cord" so, because 2020 is obviously a simulation aimed at testing my sanity, you can thank me for the price increase.

I'll probably still keep it. Xfinity is expensive as shite. Sure, the package looks good but once you add in all the equipment fees, licensing fees, inexplicable taxes, etc., the price rises dramatically.

didn't miss these channels before. it would be nice for those folks that want them to have them pay the $15 bucks extra and keep the price at $50 per month for those that don't care about these channels

You want a la carte pricing.

How is football with YouTubetv?

Hulu was really good for college football. I don't think I missed a game, wasn't sure how YouTube would work.

Sling is only $45.

With an antenna you're getting basically the same channels.

And this is why I haven’t canceled DirecTv yet, if the DirecTv bill goes up we just call and it goes back down, I don’t know if that’s a option with streaming services. We share a Netflix, Disney+, and pay for Amazon Prime which maybe more now but I don’t know how long that’s going to be the case.

Hulu's interface is pretty terrible too.

Yeah, I hate Hulu's interface. YouTubetv was such a step up.

23% increase for me, I'll be looking elsewhere

When AT&T took over DIRECTV kept hiking prices and kept losing more customers. I think AT&T DIRECTV is now down to 350 customers nationwide each paying 350 million a month

Wow! looks like Youtube tv lost about a million customers today. Looks like about 100 or so cancelled today including myself from this website.Looks like they will regret this decision. I'm not going back either unless they drop the price or offer different channel packages. I have already put plan b into place for football season

Cut the cord! You'll spend $200/month on subscription services alone!

I was paying nearly $200 a month for directv. Had to have multiple rooms. Plus internet.

Not happy yttv is raising the price, but I'm still over $100 cheaper this way.

My roommate who's moving out at the end of July paid for Cox cable, which included extra sports and movie channels, and internet for like $150 a month. I'm still trying to decide if I should continue with that, or go to any of these other streaming options. Honestly with Youtube TV increasing their prices, and Hulu/Sling/etc. likely going to increase their prices too, it might be better just to stick with Cox. I never really had a huge problem with them anyway.

I literally only watch golf channel on it. I guess I will be just getting a cable box for that little bit or finding another way to watch it

I thought the whole purpose of YouTube TV was to have less channels rather than pay for stuff you don’t watch. It sucks to pay $15 more for channels you don’t even want.

Really should have offered these as increased service tiers, not just stick everyone with it. I’ll be keeping Xfinity indefinitely now.
