I’ve seen articles indicate “teen” & “kid”. Isn’t he 21? I’ve watched a couple vids. He seems to be a douche.

I may not have made my point clear. The prankster likely deserved to have his arse beat, but without knowing what happened, I'm not sure we can say he deserved to be shot. There is pretty high bar for pulling a gun and pulling the trigger on someone. I hope the shooter was justified as I don't want to see him get in trouble. There is basically no information to this story other than there was a prank.
This trend if tiktok and youtube pranksters needs to stop and maybe this will be a start (although I doubt it).

This was always going to be the end result of these guys. They aren't "pranking" people they are harassing people.
They are trying to be like the Impractical Jokers but the Jokers are self depreciating and the joke is usually to humiliate themselves, not other people.
These kids are just being jerks. I'm surprised something like this hasn't happened sooner.
