I’m going fishing tomorrow. Grilling up a mess of food on Sunday. Might visit with the folks on Monday.

I’ll be at the SEC baseball tourney most of the weekend, with some pool time sprinkled in.

Just relaxing. Updating audio in my vehicle, digging a couple of holes and picking up soil for wife's garden, watch yard dry and cut later.

Tonight, just hanging out.

Tomorrow, house chores.

Sunday, going to meet a friend from high school and her family in NC for a hike and beers at a brewery in town.

Monday, "brew" a cider and have friends over so the kids can have a pool day.

Leaving for Disney early Saturday morning with my family and my in-laws. It's going to be interesting because my in laws basically live at the church and they will miss their holy day of obligation that week.

Get it hot enough to where it sets, create temporary barriers with the utensils. move and scramble very quickly as to not burn them. This requires you knowing your griddle and the hot spots very well because it's really easy to burn eggs. That's why most people opt to start low and slow, but then you run into the problem of not enough heat to actually give them volume and they cover the area of the skillet.

Continue drilling this deepwater well so Brandon can refine more oil to export.

we went there last June, had an awesome time, can't wait to go back and spend more time there, we were a bit rushed

Weather is amazing so far this spring/summer. Going to be an incredible summer. Been in cancer treatment, last summer sucked but this one will kick arse.

If you're not scrambling, use silicon egg rings. Cheap and easy. I'm usually a fry-egg guy anyway.

But yeah, this morning, they went all over on me. New griddle top at the camp and it worked me. Food was still good, love that thick bacon.

You say unfortunately, but that still sounds pretty badass.

I tried a new restaurant last night that was surprisingly good.

Today I head to NOLA to hopefully not be shot and buy nice shoes to go with my wedding gown. I might just try them on and purchase from their website because I’m not getting mugged for expensive shoes. Lunch is at the Four Seasons. Furniture shopping in Metairie on the way home.

Tonight I’m grilling for me and my honey.

Tomorrow is a crawfish boil.

Monday - no plans and it feels good.
