Can we set up barriers to keep North BR residents from entering into St George?

Asking a rhetorical question here ... but why are the majority of traffic cameras located everywhere but the northern parts of the city?

I can tell you why. Because the demographics in the northern part of the city, particulary around I-110 do not pay their debts, either volunatarily or involuntarily. So, the city places the cameras in ares where they are more likely to receive revenue fines.

This should be telling to everyone that receives a citation by mail (not certified).

All but 3 of those cameras aren't diverse.

Most of them are around where there is rush hour traffic because people actually work, such as up and down College and Essen.

The second pic I am making a right on red with no one coming through the intersection. I'm assuming I made a very slow, rolling stop. It's pretty fricked up that they sent me a ticket for this shite. I sure as hell will not pay it

Don't. They won't do anything to you. Throw all of their collection notices away too. They'll eventually stop sending them.

Probably not a lot of people rushing to get to work or their kid's school etc there.

You're racist for even asking such an offensive question like that.

If they're keeping the same deal then the city barely sees a dime and the company running the scam basically keeps everything.

There's a good reason the company runs the ticketing program "at no cost to the city."

Yep, this is exactly right.
