The amount of toilet paper and wipes saved is worth the price. And it only costs $30.00 (bought mine from Wal-Mart online).
Like going to the chiropractor for the first time to get an adjustment, specifically on your neck --- there is a lot of anticipation, tightness, and anxiety. It's no different than when you have that first jet stream of water shoot up your arse. Pucker up time. I'm not saying it gets easier, but one is definitely cleaner.
I can see why the Europeans have long preferred this. Americans have some filthy asses.
