Travel a lot - see as much of the world as you can as a single man.

Be self sufficient financially and emotionally. Wait until you are in your 30's to get married if you meet your unicorn.

Don't change for anyone. If you have to change anyone you decide to be with, then you shouldn't be with them. Move on.

Don't settle for anything or anyone.

Trust your gut. Seriously.

When life gives you lemons, just say, “frick the lemons” and bail.

If you’re a female, appreciate the way you look and feel. Aging hits rapidly.

If you want kids then have them when your wife is young, if she is 30 or older they are probably going to have autism... or worse.
If you don’t want kids, don’t complain when the world becomes a shithole in 20 years. It is literally your fault.

Is that too serious for some people? I’ve got a better one..... who cares about kids? Just live your life for you. Travel. Get drunk every weekend. Go to strip clubs. Prostitution. Meth. That is what life is really about!

Youth is fleeting, so enjoy it while you have it.

Just make sure the enjoyment doesn't get out of hand and takes the wheel from you.

Also- tell the people you love that you love them as often as possible. There will come a day when you no longer can- but knowing you did when you could helps.

Kindness and patience go a long way. Give people Grace even if you don't think they deserve it.

I’m 52 and married over 20 years. My best advice would be to let your wife win all the small arguments, then when there is one you are really serious about... that’s when she will back down
