Every once in a while, sit quietly and think about what is important to you. It might be people/relationships, experiences, career accomplishments, etc. Then think of what you need to do in order to make those things the priorities in your life.
Life moves by very quickly and if you don't have at least some kind of systematic approach, in the end you find that you put the most energy into things that don't really matter to you.
