Then their asset allocation should reflect that

Spleen will be on here telling you that you shouldn't expect to have such a high standard of living. Your portfolio should belong to everyone.

Don’t need one when you’re on government assistance

I’m 100% in government securities (TSP). While I’m not making anything, I’m also not losing either.

My two homes on the other hand have turned me into a real estate millionaire.

I am fortunate. I am at an age where I don’t need to look. If any of you Baws are over 60, cheers to you and I wish you luck.

Not bad for those who took out a 401k loan. Their payments are buying more shares now than they were before.

I have easily lost 20-25% of my 401k balance since January 1.

I’m trying to not think about it.

Yet this country will continue to vote in people like Joe Biden. As far as I am concerned, there needs to be a revolution of some sort... not necessarily an armed insurrection. More like every Senator and Congressman needs to be told no longer have a job and we start over.

My plan is to work 10 years after I am dead. Its a solid strategy.

And you can vote for at least 20 years after.

Why did you do that? Did you listen to the experts who told you to buy and hold forever? Market averages? Etc…..

Reminder: if you are within 2-3 years of a financial goal, you should plan your risk accordingly (ie, less stock exposure).

Yeah, I wouldn't look at during the boom and I damn sure won't look at it during the bust.

I've got plenty of time to see it bounce back.

They probably weren't holding 100% stocks in their portfolio

I moved my stuff out of the market months ago. They put it in bonds. I am still taking a beating. They are purposely destroying the economy to begin the great reset. Cash will be paper. All money as we know it won't exist. They know what's best for you. You will be on equal footing as the third world people.
