Mostly because it is NOT a fight. It's an assault and battery. White kids (and adults) do terrible shite too, but you can bet your arse if this were the other way around, this would be a hate crime and we would have all seen it on the national news moments after it happened.

Notice I said, "chances are". I just play the percentages, my friend. I have experience with juvenile offenders and it's not pretty. It really isn't. They are so angry, they are so misguided, and they are incredibly uneducated.

Depending on the jurisdiction, it can be a very serious offense.

Have you ever thought there may be a reason why they are so hurt, angry, misguided and uneducated? People aren't born that way. There was a fabulous article the other day about the prevalence of undiagnosised PTSD in urban America.
The moral culpability placed on black youth this unsympathetic and unsustainable, especially on this board. This board is a living testament to the studies that m have been produced that say we punish blsck kids harsher and more so as adults than another group of kids. It's pathetic. This is no way a way to excuse her actions, but to call for jail time is just deleterious, immoral and deranged in my opinion. Prison doesn't rehabilitate. How about saving a child before its too late ?
