I’m 50. Drive a lifted truck, make 200k+, tats AND a big Dick. You jealous or something?
Walmart does this crap all the time.

Happened to me 3 times in one month. You live/work in Baton Rouge? It’s been at least two years ago, but honestly THREE dumbasses ran into the back of me while they were on the phone. All three times on Sherwood Forest Blvd to/from work. One chick, they were all females, never stopped talking on the phone. I got out, checked for damages and she just carried on with her phone call.

re: My deer story...

Watched my son shoot and reload a single-shot 20ga FOUR times at a turkey. This was a heavily hunted, public land gobbler with a 10 inch beard. Gobbler was only about 15 yards away. My 8 year-old must have not gotten down on the stock and was shooting over his head. Every shot - the turkey would jump up in the air, I'd start cutting and he would hit the ground gobbling. I guess he thought it was thundering (very foggy morning). Would take a bit of time between shots because we had to wait for the turkey to turn and block his vision with his fan in order to get the gun reloaded.

re: Aging deer meat

Came to say the same thing. Only the outside (maybe 1/16 of an inch) looks like that.

I make an annual hunt in the Midwest with a group of friends. If I kill a deer on opening day, it is deboned and on ice for 10 days before I even get home with it.

I hunt in a club about an hour and a half from my house. Sometimes I hang them in the cooler for a few days. Sometimes they go on ice. Sometimes I jerk the back strap out and have it on the grill the same day.

Can't honestly say that ANY of them ever tasted any different. Not sure I've ever eaten a grilled backstrap that was aged in a cooler for three weeks though. Might be a game changer.
He didn’t give a green light, he didn’t give a red one either. He put more effort into denouncing cops doing there job than he did murders like Gavin Long.

If I don't have help, I find it easier to drag the deer up and over the seat and then slide him onto the rack. Most of the time I just fight them up there, but if you have a rope, you can do this a lot easier.
1. Drag deer up to the foot rest and get the front shoulder to rest there.
2. Tie rope around neck or base of antlers.
3. Tie rope to tree on the other side of the bike.
4. Stand on footrest opposite of deer and ease the gas on.
5. Guide the antlers with one hand to prevent them grabbing seat, etc.
6. Deer will slide right up the fender.
Don't get so upset T-Bone. I never said I wasn't a fan of y'all show. In fact, I even own a Bone Collector T-shirt. I just answered a question that was asked as to why the dude gets some hate.

If you don't think screwing over your family and friends isn't a big character flaw, well then we just have a different opinion.

I've got a couple flaws myself
I don't think it's just because MW is divorced. I think it's more that his second marriage is rumored to have ended because he was having an affair... and the affair was with his producer/friend's wife. His first marriage ended because he was cheating with his future second wife.
I read all of this on another forum, so who knows, but you'd have to say that's a pretty serious character flaw if nothing else.

That's down right cruel!

I need support from my fellow RFL dieters...
I have a couple of people working OT for me (don't normally work on Friday's), so I stopped at Jerry Lee's this morning and got 10 links of boudin and 2lbs of hogs head cheese for these bastards. I put it in the kitchen, fixed me a cup of black coffee and RAN to my office. But damn, I love me some Jerry Lee's

Congrats! Down 4 pounds in ten days sounds pretty good for a Cat 1. I've never been below 15%, but I have been right at it. The closer I got, the less weight I lost - but you could really see a difference in even a few of pounds.

That's one bright side to being fat... I ate pretty well Father's Day and even drank a few beers. I only allowed myself a 4 hour window for the day and still managed to loose. Just had to check this morning and was down 12 pounds for day nine.

I'm Cat 2. Typical day for me:

Breakfast: 1 scoop pro

Lunch: green beans, 8oz chicken breast

Snack: 3 lg egg whites

Dinner: green beans (x2), 12oz chicken breast

Dessert: 1/2 cup fat free cottage with a scoop of protein (strawberry is best with this)

per MyFitnessPal, that's 1041 calories, 206gr protein, 32gr carbs, 12gr fat

My plan is pretty boring, but not too hard to stick to as a Cat 2 with a cheat meal on day 7.

I get it. I'd kill for a beer right now. Not sure what I will do Sunday. Maybe 2 Ultras.

Kinda sad sitting here on Friday not thinking about dinner on Sunday.

Father's Day will be 7 days in for me. I'm only going to eat from 3pm on that day. And I'm only going to eat meat. But I'm not going to be picky about the leanness. In fact, I'm smoking a pork butt and I WILL be chowing done on that. Gonna be tough enough to have to pass the BBQ sauce and bread. I don't think that's going to hurt me.

To get back to RFL support, I tend to get a sweet tooth after all this protein and boring stuff. I cure this with an ice cold diet root beer at the end of the night. I never was a root beer fan, but after a few days of chicken and greens, it tastes like heaven.

I'm a bit of a fatass right now at about 26% BF. I'm sure the first three days were a total shock to the system. I won't step on the scales again until NEXT Thursday morning. The daily fluctuations might mess with my head. The Thursday morning weigh-ins probably sound weird, but I guess that's my "rally possum". Eight years ago (40th birthday), I went on a mission and lost a little over a hundred pounds. For whatever reason, I started on a Thursday morning and that has been my official weigh-in day ever since.

Yeah, I'm not getting on a scale in the afternoon.

Down 9lbs after 3 full days. I know there is lot of water loss in there, but I would think there's at least a couple pounds of fat gone

Use that to your advantage. My son just plopped down next to me with a big ole bowl of Cinnamin Toast Crunch. If there's one thing I have a weakness for...
Might have to drop a protein "bomb" on him and run his arse out of here.

Just finished up my last meal on day 3 of RFL. Chicken tenderloins marinated in a little Dales and then into the air fryer. Was pretty damn good! Tomorrow morning, I'll weigh in for the first time since Sunday. Feeling good so far. I've been eating very light breakfast, lunch (egg whites) and then "feasting" with my last 700 calories

Perfect! Read the book (or most of it) this weekend and got started today. I'm a category 2. Hoping to get a good jumpstart to help keep me motivated. I worked my arse off a few years back to get in the best shape of my life, but have really let my diet get out of hand the last year.
