According to Indianapolis news outlets the fight happened at Brookside Park. Brookside Park is a National Park so I wonder if any federal charges can be filed? Also none of the news outlets choose to list the race of the attacker and the victim.

Nope. Brookside is a city park. In a really shady part of town.

There was no fight. That was an assault, plain and simple. The girl and young boy were assaulted because they were white. Period.

Wasn't there a similar video a couple of years ago where one girl beat the hell out another. But they were all white and if I remember right it was inside a house and the girl getting beaten couldn't get out?
I think the actions of the person in this video is despicable and she should be punished to the fullest extent (and not just as a juvenile either). But I don't think the fact that she's black makes it worse (I didn't play it with the sound on but from the comments it does seem like a hate crime statute would apply though).

How so? We all suspected from the beginning that one of the victims is mixed. It is well known that in the Black American community mixed black people are the victims of racial bias by darker black Americans.
