slight hijack..but what kinda research do you do? I'm assuming a google search of "does [name of school] employ trannies" doesn't help so how do you go about figuring out which schools allow this kinda thing? I'm a few years away from it but I'm curious to know.

Rog do you walk your step grandkids to school the first day?

It appears that shim/hirs teaches at a montessori school,
I noticed that on his lanyard. Do they have Montessori schools that go past Pre-K? I just see them around my part of town as a different kind of daycare. I assume it's not public either way. So, this one would be easy. My kid would be going somewhere else.
Also, if it's daycare, I'd be weirded out enough by him just being a man that wants to teach pre-school. I have no idea why, but that just seems extremely strange to me. My kid has a 20 something guy that is in her class at the end of the day as basically the babysitter after the teacher left for the day. Every time I see him, I wonder what would make him choose this job over anything else.
Also, the pronoun thing continues to confuse the hell out of me. This person commended the school and students for using the correct pronouns for the most part. Unless it is something that is written about the teacher, this person would never be present when pronouns are used for him. When you are speaking to someone, you use second person. So, the request to use the correct pronouns is basically asking people to change how he is addressed when he is not present.

Do kids look at the needle marks on your arms and run screaming to the nearest adult?

precisely because we've stopped calling out these freaks for what they are. They may have always existed but in the past they were ostracized and called out for their mental disability

I just dont understand why these fricking deviants cannot try to assimilate into normal society. I dont care if this nut acts this way on his own time but FFS, dont spread your sickness to children.

Maybe this is a troll, for one
But I think you have two issues here
The first is the mental illness causing the transgenderism notion. Which is something I have tolerance for in the sense that it's probably a serious issue and if you can strip all of the cultural stuff out of it, I want you, as another person, to find a way to mental health and fulfillment that doesn't involve denying biology and your God-given attributes.
The second is the more culpable part - which is the self-absorbed, me me me stuff. While most teachers are quietly seeking affirmation by posting about welcoming students back and how much they missed them (semi joking on the affirmation part), this guy is making everything about him and his identity. It's not a stretch to thing he'll treat his students the same way, if he's a real person. As is typical, the school, the students, the curriculum - they're all ways of serving this person's need to reinforce their identity, it's not some passive thing that takes a back seat to teaching kids. It's the first priority. And that should be condemned very harshly, even if we have sympathy for people who struggle with gender confusion/dysphoria.

Which was also wrong. They need to be encouraged to get the mental help they need. Instead, we took the extreme opposite and started putting them on a pedestal and calling them heroes, and now you're the bigot if you hint at them needing mental help

You don't have kids. You have no clue
I know my parents didn't walk me or my siblings to the first day of class beyond kindergarten. I would have been mortified.
There is a difference between knowing who your kids teachers are (which my parents did because my mom was on the PTA board and got to basically choose who we got) and "walking into your kid's classroom on the first day of school".
