Thinking of dumping cable and switching to YTTV. Those of you who have YTTV, is WBRZ provided? It looks like there was some sort of contract dispute with Disney//ABC … but YTTV appears to carry ESPN. And so I would think the local ABC affiliate is included.

Disney and YoutubeTV had a dispute last fall but it has been resolved and all Disney owned channels are back on YTTV. Same would be true for local affiliates impacted by that dispute.

You can go to their website and see what channels your area would get.

I use them and have overall been very happy with the service. I use the app constantly. They’ve had disputes over the year with carriers, sometimes they are being a-hole and sometimes the carrier is being a-hole. It usually gets resolved pretty quickly. I have a backup hd antenna just in case for football season, but I’ve not regretted the move at all.

Do it now. So much better. You can actually watch everything including what you have recorded on your phone or any computer.
You can log onto another TV if you’re away from home and watch everything.
Light years better than cable.

Welcome to the party pal. Cable TV is so overpriced. Local stations are included. Unlimited DVR for about 8 months.

If you have a smart tv you can just add their app to your Home Screen.

Cable prices are insane now. Lowest tier is still over $180 for me. I’m around $230 with four boxes but still. What the world. This is cable only! I pay another company for internet.

Yes it has all local BR channels but I also have an antenna for weather events or internet outages(not many internet outages once I switched to ATT fiber from Cox though). Hell the antenna gets like 40+ channels alone.

Cancelling YouTube TV this week. $90 per month and hardly watch 5% of its channels.

The big issue YTTV is that it only carries the the major 4-5 network stations in the market. It doesn’t carry any independents or subchannels that some cable carriers carry, but you can get most of those with an antenna depending on your location.

You do have some boutique channels on cable like Cox4 which carries the LHSAA State Championship games. I think REV has a similar channel.

One of these is the Acadiana Open Channel. SNL actually did a spoof of it.

Cancelled a month ago.

Haven't watched live TV since March Madness ended.

Ridiculous to spend $1100 a year for 2-3 channels.

Got MLB tv for $29.99 to last until football season, then I'll probably do the sling tv deal that they have where you can pay $4.99 per day and just get it on Saturdays and Sundays
