10 footer but with the covid rules where the pin stays in and for safety, if it hits the pin, it counts as sunk

It depends entirely on the green in question and how it’s playing of course. If it’s some crazy undulating one, no more than 5 ft. Luckily, putting is my strength in golf.

If it’s a fairly straightforward one, I’d be tempted to try 20 ft, but probably just go with 10 ft and feel pretty confident. $250k I could take a long ways.

It’s totally legal to leave the pin in when you putt. The rule was changed several years ago. I think most studies done say taking it out results in the higher percentage of putts being holed.

Depend on the layout of the green.

flat I’d go 10ft

Normal difficulty 5ft

If it’s a sharp slope 3ft.

I don’t golf much but I rarely miss a putt 5ft or less
