I don't know why you make life so difficult. Really a simple answer.

Record and or video a person while they're having a meltdown. When they calm down, show them the video and or audio recordings. Once they see themselves from outside perspective, everything changes.

Just make sure your phone is in a good case if she slaps it out your hand and that it uploads to the cloud for safekeeping. Just in case she breaks your phone because she will make an attempt.

The thing is, I’m just not scared of a woman. I don’t get the saying when guys say that’s a good way to die when messing with their wife.
