You ever think about leaving your life and starting over?

What would happen if I just left town with the clothes on my back? I'm talking about ghosting everybody and everything in my current life and not coming back.
I know I won't, but it sounds like an awesome concept.

I think about doing this often, but my wife and 2 kids probably wouldn't appreciate it.
I had a friend from BR do this and moved to Vegas in the 90's and became very successful. He was young and not married tho.
