The property values just tanked. The crime rate per capita just went through the roof. The schools will soon be on par with New Orleans pre Katrina. Welcome to Flint Michigan South.

It's weird to think that having flint Michigan right next to St. George wont be a problem for St. George

You could give me a house in BR. It would just have to be one of the big-arse houses on Lakeshore where all the people who own them send their kids to Episcopal, Catholic, or St Joe.

Regular houses in BR? Not so much.

No they didn’t.

STG passed but now the real work has begun. No one is up and leaving for a city that has so much shite to work out.

Why would I, as a renter, want high property values? Lower property values means lower rent and a lower purchase price whenever I decide to buy. Once I do buy, lower property values means lower property taxes. The only reason anyone would desire higher property values is if they plan on selling their home.
