If you could call you would call the FAA with the exact ID of each of the terrorists on each of the flights before the first plane left that day. At least there's a chance they would check who was on the manifest and detain them for a search hopefully finding the boxcutters. At least detaining them may delay things and allow an investigation into their connections. Might work if you were able to contact the FAA.

30 minutes ahead of 4:42pm on the day a distracted driver struck and killed my daughter while she was on her bike, in order to understand what was so important...
