Reading minds for three days would probably be the most profitable. It didn’t say human minds, so it would allow you to communicate with animals as well. But I would probably set up shop in Vegas or Macau for three days and play poker.
1 hour of being invisible is not long enough, especially when what you could steal would be visible.
If it was cancer and not Ebola, I would pick that one.

It would have to be permanent for me first. Although the amount of money one can make reading minds for 3 days would incredible, increasing brain power by 30% would allow me to increase earning power forever. The other two long term that are worth a damn:
communicating with animals: think of using birds as your personal drones to get information or other animals like squirrels. You could potentially l have your own spy network.
X-ray vision - yes seeing naked people would be good, but as was stated I would want to be able to control how deep I can see. What cards is someone holding, negotiations, or if the other person carrying a gun would be useful.
