Kroger here has starting doing this and I plan to give it a whirl with my next grocery stop. I've heard good things.

Just wait until you get FreshDirect. That is a true game changer.

We've had this for a while. It's actually pretty good. Never had a messed up order. The people that bring it out to your car are really nice. They hire people just for this job. Tipping isn't allowed. They gave me a Mother's Day card for Mother's Day and sometimes they give you bags with samples and coupons.
I hate going inside Walmart, haven't done that in years. But you just park in the assigned parking spots, call the number they give you and tell them where you are parked.

It actually works great. We've had it here in NW Arkansas for a little while. Our workforce is pretty competent though.

I can attest to that. Wife and sister (not the same, you frick heads) (oh, no pics either) use it all the time. Have never had an incorrect order. It's a fantastic service.

Also, as hogminer stated, our workforce aren't tattooed up cigarette smoking losers like y'all either. Kthxbye!

this doesnt work for us. my wife and i get at least 50% of our groceries from the 'scratch and dent' aisle and that's never included in the kroger or walmart 'online' portion. and motherfricking this!!

i dont want some pissed off minimum wager picking my groceries out. i bet they're told to get the oldest expiration date products too.

I saw this on Facebook earlier. Surprise, surprise, it was two fatasses out of Denham Springs posting about how much they loved not having to get out of their car to get their disgusting groceries.

My wife is in charge of orderering, purchasing, and picking up certain items for her employer. One of the vendors is Walmart. They have screwed up so many online orders and it takes so long to get through the customer service line (i.e. cash checking counter) that her employer has given up on online orders at Walmart.

She now goes to Walmart during morning hours, manually shops, and uses self checkout. It is so much faster ...and accurate.

Company tries to improve your life, save you time.

People complain about it without having tried it.

Speak for yourself. I typically pick up a week and a half to two weeks worth of groceries when I shop, so $5 to save me about an hour of my time at peak grocery hours is well worth the trouble.

I don't need to try it to know that the Wal-Mart in Baton Rouge will frick this up

The same way I don't need to try any new feature put out by Amazon to know it will be efficient and effective.

You are known by your reputation, and Wal-Mart doesn't exactly scream "excellence" when it comes to customer service.
