Espn is a live sports network
that's why the talent pool is shrinking on the filler shows
I find people that announce they don't watch
ESPN are totally up to date on it...somehow

Amazing they followed the MTV/VH1 script. Move away from your core and fail.

Maybe Kirk Herbstreit crying some more will help

It’s sad that y’all still pay to watch these anti American future jailbirds throw a ball around. Y’all are no better than “adults” who watch Star Wars and marvel movies

Don’t worry!
Disney is making a sports betting app for ESPN
All is saved!

You are correct....

Claim: Disney’s ESPN pay-TV linear channel has lost 914,000 customers in the US since December, according to Nielsen data compiled by Robert Seidman.
Confirmed:
ESPN and ESPN2 saw a 1.2 per cent fall in customers since December, with the latter dropping by 926,000
Go woke....
Judging from your link, The Spanish-language TUDN channel must have gone extra woke -- Black Jesus on candles woke.

On top of everything else they do wrong, ESPN seriously disrespects college baseball.
I’ll never forget trying to watch some CWS highlights during lunch and they were talking about who had the best outfit at the NBA draft

we only watched SC for the top ten plays. Should've just put that on loop.

SportsCenter schedule:
Weekdays: 7:00–8:00 a.m.(ESPN) 8:00–9:00 a.m.(ESPN2), 12:00–3:00 p.m., 6:00–7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.–3:00 a.m. ET.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., 6:00–7:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.–2:00 a.m. ET.
Sunday: 7:00–9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 10:00 pm or 11:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m. ET.

Sports center used to be 1 hour with 55 minutes of highlights from the day before and 5 minutes of the top plays from the day before. I’m talking baseball, football, basketball, golf, soccer, tennis, HIGHLIGHTS.
Now it is 5 minutes of Tom Brady and Giselle breaking up, 1 minute of basketball highlights, 5 minutes of talking heads opinions of how three Raiders were suspended for DUI, a 10 minute commercial break, 10 minutes of what color hair Megan that day, 5 minutes of who they think the next coach of the Longhorns will be, etc.
They may string in 10 minutes of highlights an hour now. The problem is if you do t like the lakers, Lebron, The Chiefs, Shohei, or the Yankees there is no point in watching.

Yep. SC used to actually be funny. It was wall-to-wall highlights with a decent joke or goofy Kenny Mayne skit every now and then. That's what I'm in the mood for early and late. But they killed it.

If anyone can sit back and listen to this so-called "Mad Dog" and enjoy it..... surely doesn't have a life!

They should have just made the sports center format expanded plus some sports history shows to fill in the gaps between live sports.
That's kinda how it was in the 90s. Sportscenter with Dan Patrick and Keith Olbermann.

Starting to think the conference made a huge mistake aligning with them for the future.
If ABC ever gets spun back off, viewership will take a huge hit.
None of the top rated SEC games were on ESPN.

Agreed. I was looking at the site earlier and all they have is "Listen to MadDog Rant about this" or "Listen to Stephen A Smith's Brutal take on that". Who enjoys either of those things?
You don't want to watch an ad-filled video of Sage Steele reacting to Steven A. Smith OWNING Babe Laufenberg after he posted a meme mocking Shaun King on Bloop.com?
WTF are you, some kind of weirdo or something??

I don't go to ESPN to learn about Hip Hop Music!
As I can see what you're saying, I can guarantee you that at least 80% of athletes across all sports are listening to hip hop pregame. It is part of the sports world whether you like it or not. ESPN is trying to pull in the younger crowd to their site.

Someone whose only knowledge of America came only from watching American commercial television in 2023 (especially the ads) would assume that America is about 75% black, with a few hispanics, even fewer asians, and a white lower class that is responsible for most of the crime.
Posted on 8/10/23 at 10:36 am to BlackPot
80 per cent of the athletes may be listening to hip hop, but the 80 per cent white audience could do without it
