Oh come on. Your people can’t even figure out what a woman is.

If there isn’t a high profile event (like ramming a merchant ship) this is usually the case.

I've known a few female river pilots and they were first rate. My suspicion is that decisions of this kind are made on an individual basis.
The military and civilian life are completely different animals.

Reading about a few of these women who have been removed from their commands seems to have a common theme.

Count has her little pet favorites (who no doubt kiss her arse) and everyone who doesn't gets treated like a degenerate slave and their chances of advancement screw over at every turn.

Probably some fraternizing going on but in general the type of bitchy female drama you'd expect.

There’s a reason why women aren’t in many positions of leadership in the Navy.
It’s not because of sexism either.

Question for you, do you believe that a trans woman is a real woman?

The navy was much better when all the fruits from high school couldn’t wait to sign up to be locked on a ship with an all male crew for 6 months at a time.

Imagine how long she was able to hold that position just because they wanted to force it to work.

It’s the same everywhere it not just navy af, it’s everywhere in everything poisoning everything the army, marines, coast guard, Boeing, nurses, doctors, anything and everything that requires highering and applications for select jobs are based off of demographics not merit. Until we get back to the best is being hired regardless of demographics then we are killing our own future

Navy Capt. Michel Brandt has been relieved of command of the USS Somerset, an amphibious transport dock ship,

the service announced Friday. Brandt was fired “due to a lack of confidence in her ability to lead the crew”

by Rear Adm. Christopher Stone, commander of the Expeditionary Strike Group 7

Was it because she lacked backing up skills or was she not showing her rear to the Rear Admiral enough.
