Wow. Didn’t realize it was that long ago.
I remember making the decision to pay more for the additional streaming option, or just sticking with the normal mail-order DVDs.

It was just easier to go to Blockbuster then

We used to have the 3 DVD plan. Meaning they would mail us 3 DVDs which we chose from their website.
If you mailed them back on Monday you would have 3 new DVDs on Friday.
It replaced Blockbuster for us.

I will admit that I never thought their business model would succeed. I expected Netflix to fail.
I also expected:
1. build a bear
2. Amazon
To both fail.
Anyone need any money tips on new companies that I think are bad and you should invest in?

I lived within one day of a distribution center. Netflix dvd was the best back around 2007.

Out of Sight, Rushmore, Enemy of the State, etc. were all released over 25 years ago?
Damn, I’m getting old.
