I grill it. The grease fires make it even better. Then slap it between some bread with mayo.
Ha. I smoked sone mullet the other day. Was barely edible on its own, but add enough mayo and lemon juice and serve it on a cracker, delicious!

They need to improve their sausage so that it doesn’t taste like it has dish soap in it. Worst shite I’ve ever tasted.
I don't know about dish soap, but pales in comparison to Veron's, Richards, and Best Stop,
I found it to have too much sage or something, shite made me belch all afternoon.

I like it in my jambalaya but I’m always open to new and better sausage. What do yall use?

don’t care for a skinny sausage even if is a little longer.
Conecuh makes two different sizes of sausages. Skinny and the regular.
These are both the 1lb package

It's too damn greasy.
Verons ftw
Can sausage be really good without being greasy?
I find Veron’s to be pretty overrated. It’s ok, but I never seek it out.

What’s wrong with the packaging?
Y’all are worse than women.
I just wish they had resealable packages. I never cook a whole pound at once.

1 pound ain't that much dude. Just put the rest in a zip lock.

Usually French Settlement or Best Stop

they’re moving their operations to Evergreen, AL. So, Conecuh Sausage isn’t going to be made in Conecuh County much longer.
They are moving to where they are already? Impressive

I wish their packages are ziplock. Seems like an easy enough thing for them to do. Lots of other companies do that.

It's not the worst I've ever ate but it has a chemical taste to me. I wonder if they put Cilantro in it because I can't eat it either.

Evergreen is in Conecuh County. Conecuh Sausage has been there as long as I can remember. I’ll be driving by Evergreen around noon, I’ll let them know OP wants the packaging changed
That was a mental fart on my part. I meant to say they’re moving from Evergreen. They’re moving their plant to Andalusia which is in Covington County.

Did they get bought in the early 2000s? I used to never see it but in Alabama and all of a sudden grocery stores in Florida started carrying it. I can get it in North Carolina now.
My grandfather (in Alabama) would cook it in the mornings for breakfast. As an aside my grandmother would make biscuits from scratch and cut them with a tall water glass and the size was perfect for the smaller links.
