This exact same thing has been going on in the Federal workforce since the Obama administration came in. It was blatant. There was nothing you could do about it because they controlled everything.

Wait until it comes out in the deposition that the new performance review system consider of making sandwiches and describing childbirth. They will have problems proving it wasn't slanted towards a certain gender.

On a prior job, my lesbian boss tried to fire me twice. I made her look bad both times.
I left on my own terms and time of choosing.

In fairness, Yahoo has been a poorly managed and operated company for 15 years so I don't think anybody there can complain about being wrongly terminated.

I assume most of then were white males.

I fricked her, she was on adult friend finder before she was ceo.

Yeah.
I don't doubt that accusations like in the OP happen.
But what in the frick did that "half of......" quote even mean?

Dude sounds like a pussy. She should be able to employ whomever she wants.

I would spray my diversity all over her face.

A change from 20% to 80% sounds fishy but I need to know how many positions thus covered. Are we talking about 200 people or are we talking about 6. Percentages can be very misleading.

She was one of the worst, most overpaid CEO's in modern history. She literally did nothing in her entire time at yahoo. She blew $1B buying Tumblr which is probably worthless and then the entire valuation yahoo attained under her guidance was based on a purchase made by one of the founders jerry yang when he bought the ali baba stake he did. I cant think of a more worthless CEO in recent memory but but but she was one of the early google employees so we must praise her. She literally did nothing but spin off Yahoo assets for peanuts and then the ali baba stake was the the entire value lol what a true loser

Yes, she is literally one of the worst CEOs of her time. And she will laugh all of the way to the bank.
I am a believer in free markets and hope to be a senior leader of a F500 one day...but the amount of money these people make is just ridiculous. If the company is successful then I can somewhat justify it, but there is literally no defense of Mayer.
