This is not legit. Do you know what a legit WYHI is? It’s a photo of a person for which it would be expected that 50% of those polled would and 50% would not, in fact, hit it, while sober, but not necessarily with pride.
This is just a creepish photo of a most likely attractive person, and not worthy of a thread title with “WYHI”. Any reasonable person would expect that a vast majority would hit your proposed subject.
