for cheering for players at a baseball game.

no you didn't.

Kid had one of those annoying World Cup horns at a football games a few years ago. The lil' shite was blaring on that thing the whole first quarter regardless of the situation (between plays, during timeouts, etc). After the first quarter I turned to the parents and politely said that others were trying to enjoy the game and that the horn blowing was getting excessive.

I would like to see video of the cheering. I have two kids(one an 8 year old girl) and if someone has an issue with one of them, they need to come to ME if I am sitting right there. Do NOT attempt to correct my kids. We will have a very intense conversation at that point.

That being said -- I would not let my child be continuously loud and strident with cheering or generally making a bunch of noise. If she simply cheered with everyone else, no problem. If she was excessive I would quell it MYSELF. If there is an emotional disorder, this would have been an opportunity to try to remediate it. "This is how we cheer appropriately."

I hate that the little girl got her feelings hurt. Her reaction to the lady speaking to her is respectful and sweet. She just nods. Doesnt jaw back, cry or whine. I lay it at the parents' feet for not being more aware and managing it themselves. The woman should have approached them, not the child.

If this was the browl family, there might not have been anything left of the old miserable crotchbag when mrs. browl was done with her. But if there was, I'd make sure she was crying before she left from the embarrassment.

What a pitiful rotten POS that woman is.

you got me.

I'm a bitch for not stomping a mudhole in the arse of the rude woman who said "that's enough" to my wild child that I was letting scream because she's special.

Standing up to people doesn’t require you losing your composure.

Does your wife count? Cause if so, then I think I’m qualified.

Have they found out who this count is yet??? What an absolute waste of a human being. You’re at a ballpark for Christ’s Sakes, let kids have some fun, especially one with a disability!!

What do you want to happen? Want her to lose her job and be publicly ostracized because she lost her cool for a second based on a 12 second clip (that happens to not show how the little girl was acting prior).

Fake Public outrage via social media is awful.

I would never yell at an annoying kid.

I would just tell an usher that the parents were giving a minor beer and try to get them kicked out.

Probably. And an apology from the parents would also be helpful if the girl was being over the top.

How about an apology??

And who gives a shite what the little girl was doing prior to the footage!!! She has a disability!! She could have any number of disabilities that affect her actions....that woman was a shitty adult, no way to deny that.
