Lets see: Three allies for the US.
Russia - no explanation needed.
Japan - They wrecked shite on china and the PTO and are capable of doing it again
#3 is tough. European countries' armies are pretty much gutted and incapable. When Germany was proud, yes, but now not so much. Israel it is.

Germany
Pacific Allies
India (4th strongest military on planet)
I believe the UK and Germany can give the current Russian military all they could handle. TBH we all know France would toss their hat in the ring as well.
The key will be fighting China on two fronts. let India fight them in the West and the South China Sea. We take them on from Taiwan and Northward

Yep, any use of nukes is going to escalate into the annihilation of participating foes and innocent bystanders alike.
Third world countries who are bystanders will not be as affected and we'll take a giant step backwards as a society since the mud hut dwellers will fare much better than first world city dwellers.
