A friend of a friend started a business in NI sewing cloth diapers using beaucoup expensive hypoallergenic material for kids who have certain skin conditions.

She has made a fortune on this. I never thought there was that big of a market for them.

Absolutely disgusting that there are people that are alright with putting feces and urine in their washing machine on a regular basis.

You shake it out and rinse it first. You don't just dump it completely full of shite in the wash with the rest of your clothes. Good Lord man.

frick that. I will pay whatever it takes and frick the environment and overflow landfills to make changing a shite filled diaper as quick and easy a process as possible with minimal shite handling once the diaper is removed.

one of my wife's hippy cousin gave us cloth diapers for our son at the baby shower. We just used them for burp cloths. My son did fine with Luvs and the Target brand of diapers, and my wife was a coupon fiend when it came to diapers so while the expense sucked it was manageable. He is two and we are getting the potty training thing down so hopefully soon I will not be having to buy diapers until we have another one.

I'm just surprised you've never heard of cloth diapers.

This is the same guy(who is supposed to be in nursing school no less) that took his uneducated gf's declaration that she can't ever get pregnant cause of PCOS as absolute truth without doing a quick google on the topic to confirm.

The IQ is not strong with the OP I'm guessing

It ain't that bad. Had cloth diapers for the first kid after my hippy wife talked me into it. She put a bidet hose on the toilet in the extra bathroom, and there were liner sheets, similar to dryer sheets, so you can basically just dump out a #2 and hose it off in the toilet. She had probably 20-30 diapers, some she bought used, then she resold them when we were finished with them. Totally cheaper in the long run, hold in more shite & piss than disposables, but would not recommend to someone with a weak stomach.

The new cloth diapers that snap and have inserts are easier many times, you just cant throw them away. We use a mix of both. Overnight disposables every night and disposables for long trips.

Pretty mucha thing of the past, but I am sure some eco-freak thinks they are a good idea.

They are far more expensive than using a condom.

Anyone having kids today has had pampers exist their entire life. It wasn't a new invention in the 90s. So yeah cloth diapers are for weirdos. You can find awesome deals on Amazon warehouse where boxes were ripped. We got 5 boxes of size 1-2 before my son was born for half price or less because the pampers picture had been ripped off.

70 years ago, there were only cloth diapers. In central new jersey a truck came once a week, brought clean ones, took soiled away.
Sometimes we lived where there was no such service. My mom did it.
First time i saw disposables was on my own kid.

Do you know what cloth is? Do you know what a diaper is? Put the two together

And the theory is they can be washed and reused this not having to but cases of disposables

How? Did they have perpetual diarrhea? Spend $25-30/month on diapers for one child.

My wife used cloth with one of our sons. She just used the cloth for pee and put a disposable on when she knew babywas due for a number two. Occasional use for the cloth is waste of time. If you actually use them they save quite a bit of money. You also have to wash the pee diapers appropriate so they don't build of a residue of soap and stink.

Subscribe to diapers on Amazon Prime. I checked prices on the same brands at Sam’s and it is cheaper to subscribe unless you buy an off brand because of the 20% discount. We spend like $35/month at most.

A month box is about right. Mine is in size 4 and about to start potty training, and we actually don’t even need as many as they send at this point.

You've already told us the bitch you knocked up is crazier than 4 loons playing with mercury but is she at least hot?
