The pro-vaccine folks have really gone nuts about this stupid shot. “Look at me I got a shot, let me post it all over social media!”

Sure, when you can tell me exactly what the long-term effects of these vaccines are going to be.

I’ll give you a hint - neither you nor these government experts have the first f*cking clue because these vaccines have never been tested.

Why would I get an experimental vaccine for something that made me lose my taste for 3 days

LONG TERM EFFECTS, MAN!!! C'MON!

If you don't forward this message to 7 people, bad things will happen. Like Hugh G. Rexion in Little Rock, Arkansas. He didn't forward the message, and he went for a drive, and his car exploded.

I fully agree its bullshite.

There's also nothing you can do but comply, so there's that.

The OT has gone full anti vaxx or at least some here have. Pretty hilarious to watch

I get the flu shot every year and my kid has all her vaccinations. I just don't feel compelled to get a brand new vaccine against a glorified flu when I'm in good health.

What percentage of unvaccinated cases require hospitalization?

According to LDH, 4,983 people tested positive so far this month. There are currently 338 people in the hospital. That works out to 6.78%. I've been tracking the amount of new cases reported in a 15 day period since 9/28/20 along with the hospitalization count. The average hospitalization count over that period of time is 978. Average number of cases in a 15 day period is 15,676. That works out to be 6.24%.

17 year old kid was driving home from work the other night during a brief rain shower, and his car skidded off the road. He lived for a few days as a vegetable, but died.

We all need to quit driving when it rains.

Being against one vaccine. you don't personally need isn't being anti-vax

I get flu shots. My kids will get all of their vaccinations.

I refuse to do the one thing that will end these restrictions!

Kill JBE? Other than that, I've never heard a single metric that will end the restrictions. Is it a new case number? Is it a hospitalization number? Is it a vent number? Is it a percentage of vaccinations number? No one has told the public what the current goal is.

By those numbers getting a vaccine may actually increase your chance of going to the hospital if you caught Covid!

And before anyone jumps my shite I got my vaccine already.

Let’s talk about how many people died from Covid. Died from Covid and nothing else.

In Louisiana, 10,264 people out of 4,649,000 residents allegedly died from Covid. That’s .0022% of our population listed as a Covid death.

So why exactly do healthy people need a vaccine for something with such a low death rate?

I need to go find some of the old flu shot threads and see if anyone ever tried to make this argument

I'm guessing I won't be able to find a single post making this argument

why do you think that is?

Covidiots have spent a year screaming "this isn't the flue" at the top of their lungs.

And the vaccine is very different.

No way to know that but good chance it won't. Every two seems more likely at this point.

I’m not a vaccine pusher here, but what was the overall number of deaths last year. That’s a better number to compare to than overall population.
