Highland is now backed up from Siegen to I-10. I've got plans but no way I'm getting back out on the road
Perkins is also dead stop from Pollard to Siegen.

Why are the entrance ramps at Essen and Bluebonnet closed if those are past the accident? Are they still closed?

accident is on I10 east past Siegen. The closed ramps are the ones going in that direction.
