They stripped out my oil plug and caused my car to have a slow leak. They claimed "it just needed to be tightened" when I brought it back in but it continued to leak.

Mavis is just as bad, perhaps worse, tried to not let my daughter (no pics) leave "because her breaks were too dangerous to get back on the road" and wanted to charge us for a full front and rear break job that was quoted for more than the dealership. She only needed new pads on her front breaks. Written on their breakroom calendar was "break even today"! They are a pack of grifters that prey on customers.

We added a UV sterilizer to our equipment and it will lighten your chemical load. Keep Pool RX (find on Amazon) in your filter - we never have to shock our pool to keep it clear and don't use as much chlorine. I wish we had put posts up for a shade cloth to partially cover the pool during the heat of the summer. No need for a chiller if you have some shade on your pool. No landscaping too close to the pool and plant something that can withstand the cold - no palms! We have Savanah Hollies around the outside of our pool fence.

Just passed by the tree on campus and there were a couple of guys with plastic bags picking through the mulch by the tree. It's right off Highland in front of the Natural Resources Building as your turn onto South Quad Drive (Nicholson Extension). It's a large Live Oak and has a big area, 3' or so, where the bark is off the tree. I would assume he was heading west on Highland when he struck the tree.

Catfish, we added two, queen-size, murphy beds to our pool house when we remodeled. We designed them with a local cabinet maker for around the same price that we would have paid online but they are much better quality. They are painted wood with hardware and look like cabinets when closed. I can try to post a photo if that would be helpful?
