Spinoff of GP thread.

Turn in for all crimes?
Turn in for some crimes?
Don’t turn in for anything?
Help child escape?

Depends on the crime.

Killed a bunch of kids like a psycho? Yes

Killed some cretin like oweo? No

No one can answer this with any accuracy until they are actually in that situation.

I would definitely turn them in if they left their fiancé’s body in the wilderness in Wyoming.

Jail time then I don't have to feed them and can take my woman out more often to a fancy steak dinner.

Think it kind of depends. Kid's being stupid i.e. DUI, hit and run, etc, you make sure they have a lawyer before you arrange for him to go back and turn himself in. They still need to learn their lesson and pay the piper but I will also be there to help them get through it. Intentionally criminal acts i.e. robbery, theft, assualt, yep, calling the little fricker in. You want to be a bad person, good luck.

Hard to tell unless you're in that situation but I'd like to think:

Heinous crime - Yes. They stopped being a human and don't deserve to be part of the society

Non violent - Nope

My mother took me to the fire department after she caught me playing with matches again, I will never forget it.

I would turn them in before I helped them run. The life of someone on the lam would be a miserable existence. I would try to help them salvage some type of decent life.

But it would be dependent on the situation. Hard arse question to answer.

It would have to be to the point where they are beyond redemption.

Not unless there's a grieving family and innocent victim involved.
