Lets be honest, anyone that really wants drugs in this country can get them now, or at least some street alternative.

If you take away the monetary incentive for the criminal drug trade to exist, you eliminate a whole helluva lot of the real cause of these police incidents everyone is bitching about.

Might it be worth it to just make the illegal drug industry disappear and see how it goes for awhile?

(PS, i think drug money completely going away could actually hurt the black community in the 1-5 year short term before you see the long term positives)

No, cause I'd eventually get into that business too and have to tell myself I'm a heroin dealer.

Meth, heroin, PCP, and other drugs like those have no place in society whatsoever. People who deal that shite deserve every bad thing that happens to them.

Marijuana, absolutely legalize it. Maybe we can get to the point where things like mushrooms and even MDMA can be safely enjoyed. Cocaine is a tricky one. Pure cocaine isn't THAT bad but if rocked up it can cripple someone with dependence.

Make no mistake, drugs are still a huge, huge problem today. I'm all for responsible adults doing what they want but there has to be some balance and we have to flat out say no to the shite that makes people go insane like meth and PCP.

I support the lifting of federal bans/laws against and letting the states determine their legalization.

Absolutely not. There’s more to life than money. People die and families are destroyed because of drugs. Why make it easier for people to have access to them? I don’t care to see people shooting up heroin in public.

Its always a tricky question, but its such a joke that pot is still taking this long to be federally legal.

If you want to do ten pounds of narcotics every day I really do not care.

It should be completely legal to dig your own grave.

Allowing police to circumvent everything the constitution stands for searching and seizing based on drugs is a disgrace and boot licker porn.

Yep.

I believe that you own yourself, so what ever you want to do w/ yourself, so long as it's not infringing on other people's rights, you should be free to do.

Yes.

You can also have, buy and sell as much as you want.

Just make the use illegal and of course DUI penalties remain. Employers still have the right to fire you for working in positions were being messed up can cause problems.

I mean who hasn’t had a high waiter? But the dump truck driver better be clean.

Boom. Profit motive gone.

It's easier to get heroin underage than beer.

Either you believe people are responsible for their own decisions or not. And regardless, creating a black market by making drugs illegal has been nothing short of a disaster for the country.

I can't fathom how people think support prohibition does an ounce of good.
