A opened bottle of Ketchup that sat in a 90 degree house without power for three days? Because I really don’t want to go to the store right now.

I mean it's room temp on shelves when you buy it and room temp in every restaurant and room temp in packets, not sure how much refrigeration affects it now, but yes, why not? I would eat it

As its highly acidic and contains vinegar, just shake it up good and you're good.

Ketchup is tomato based, which makes it full of acid. It's fine.

Smell it. If it has that fermented smell, no. If it just smells like ketchup add a bunch of Tabasco or Crystal. It enhances the flavor and kills anything that may be about to start.

My brother became quite sick from ketchup ptomaine poisoning.
That said, I've never seen restaurants refrigerate theirs, seems to stay on the table. Id say you're OK, but a trip to the store, or a trip to the hospital?

Processed foods have so many preservatives that the ketchup may never go bad.
