I don't want to eat something that anything has been thinking on.

That's a no for me. Large and small intestines at a Korean BBQ restaurant is where I draw the line.

I bet some fancy chef could make it taste good. They should have an Iron Chef Shitty Ingredients spin off.

I'll have to make room between my pounce and squirrel-brain gumbo, but I think I could fit it.

You have and just didn't realize it. They grind all that nasty swine together and use it.

I ate BBQ monkey on a stick while at Olongapo in the Philippines. They told me it was pork. Damn monkey tasted good.

I am not a big organ meat person but will eat them if it comes out of a Thomas Keller type kitchen but I ain't eating no brains sitting on a shelf in the local supermarket sold under a name that makes it look a half step above generic. Then again I don't really eat any meat that comes in a can.

My grandpa used to eat them scrambled in eggs for breakfast as a child in the 30’s. That decade in Yazoo County Mississippi I’m pretty sure you just ate whatever you could get your hands on.

Guarantee I can get a guy at work to throw up if I simply pour that can on a plate and leave the opened can next to it before he gets to work

I ate that stuff all the time growing up, my mother would fix it with scrambled eggs. Not bad, but I’m not dirt road poor anymore so I ain’t eating it now.

Yep. Brains n milk gravy

Brains m eggs were a thing back in the day.

No. I don’t like them, but I do fancy sweet breads.

My granddaddy used to fry them up and scramble them with eggs. Don’t think they had gravy though.

For some reason the milk gravy bothers me more than the brains.
