I've heard that they're pretty expensive to work on as well. Comparable to BMW and Mercedes

But I don't have any personal experience with one

If it was a 4 banger diesel with a stick shift and available cheap then frick yea. My diesel volkswagen car was awesome.

The only german pickup I would want to drive is the M3 truck prototype BMW uses as a part hauler on their campus.

Why even make a mid size?

I appreciate the extra competition for the Tacoma because Toyota needs a little bit of a wake up call, but it's not like the other trucks are even putting a dent in the market

I drove one about 3 weeks ago in Turkey. It’s very nice. More refined than Ford, Fiat and Toyota which are its main competitors on this side of the world.

It’s really nice, but I’ve read that they will cost around $50k for the high end trim level.

The full size market is the market they should be looking to enter IMO
