Sure, but if they find nothing they leave the people alone.
So you backtracked on your stance?
Now you're saying she SHOULD honor the demand to present her children?
You were saying she shouldn't be required to do this.
Need to make up your mind, man.
I don't follow these stories. So I don't know anything about it.
The cops showed up to the residence. Found nothing out of the ordinary, also found the kids not present. Should have been the end of the event right there. There was no evidence of foul play. No blood, no broken furniture/glass/scratches/scrapes/bruising, no disarray.
The screwed up older kid then starts with his "scary death cult" BS and calls the media to pressure the local cops because "he misses his little bro and sister", i.e., he hates his mother and wants to ruin her life especially since new guy has some money.

I'd rather waterboard Sean Hannity, the blowhard who claimed in 2009 that waterboarding wasn't torture and in fact offered to be waterboarded for a pro-military charity.
He's been ducking every opportunity to be waterboarded he's been presented with for the past decade, but I'm pretty sure there are still charities that could still use the money. What gives?

Ima try a different approach....show me the article your getting this from bruh.
and at some point, why wouldnt you just show the cops the kids and put it to bed?

Yeah, when it is a judge acting as an officer of the court you kind of have to go along with it. That's why she's sitting in jail for violating a court order. Dumbass.

Either you are a massive troll or maybe you should be waterboarded also to find out whatever is you are feeling so guilty about that you want to protect a murderer

Just watch the video of them at the mini storage place from Dateline, heck all of Dateline! Why throw away the kid's toys if they are still around to use them?
You're defense of her is indefensible, she had done more wrong than right

Not surprised he would do this. He is really the only person on Fox News, other than the SJW/Liberal guest they have on that I cant stomach, even if he is saying what I want to hear. Something about him just doesn't sit with me.
Waterboarding is most definitely torture and a very effective form at that. IMO if you are found to be terrorist, or in this case were lives are at stake, and you are withholding information. It is appropriate and should be legal.

Here (ArizonaCentral.com, newspaper) is a lot of the background but it still doesn't name how it all got started just refers to the welfare check being done. It does detail some of the totally screwed up family, extended family all the way into La. even, that she may have finally decided to shield the young kid from.

Not about to claim older kid did anything other than start the whole thing. He may be genuinely concerned or he may not about his siblings. He admits not liking his Mom and her new husband though.
This AzCentral shows the grandmother made the welfare request. Both articles have loads of people telling lies both for and against Vallow and new husband which has media and cops running around all over the place.
All I'm saying is there's tons of possibilities and very little evidence. Could be something, could also be nothing. It's a legal AND media circus so it is a good time to remain silent as anything can and will be used against her. But she still has the right to remain silent, the burden of proof still remains on the legal system, innocent until proven guilty.
And as the whole op states, hell no to waterboarding her, no proof of doing anything except telling a judge nothing.

If there is a complaint or concern about the well-being of a child, no matter whether it is malicious or not, we as a society and the police, specifically, are compelled to determine whether there was foul play.
The fact that there was no foul play at the time of the visit does not discount the lack of the children’s presence in the home, which is concerning.
There are, at a minimum, concerns regarding child abandonment at this point, mainly due to the inability of anyone being able to find the children.
You cannot use the mother’s own statement as a reason to call everything off while she is a suspect.
That is asinine.
She needs to produce the children.

So you are ok if the kids are never found? You are entitled to your opinion, but its thinking like this, that made her think she could get away with this. I positive you don't really think she is innocent!

Why would she?
As soon as she does she's going to rot in prison. It makes total sense why she won't talk.
Waterboarding will do nothing.

It would work wonders if we took Sidicious’ stance when kids came into the ER with possible neglect.
“Mother won’t tell us what happened and we don’t know how the injury occurred. It is suspicious though. Should we call CPS?”
“No, can’t do that. Since she won’t talk, we have no proof of any foul play.”
Hell, Scruffy would miss so many cases of non-accidental trauma if that was how we worked.
