So hypothetically, you meet a woman who is widowed with say 2 small children. She’s perfect in just about every way.

You would not be willing to raise the kids with her? That’s a deal breaker?

The better she is, the more kids I'd be willing to accept.

I would say for 99.9% of women on this earth though, 1 kid would be the maximum I'd be willing to take on.

Just curious as to why?

Is your manhood so insecure that can’t perform if there is proof that your girl fricked somebody else.

There aren’t any virgins left man.

it's a preference. Nothing wrong with that. Before I got married I dated a few women with children, but never could get serious with them because at that point in my life, I didn't want to raise someone else's kids. I feel completely differently now that I have kids of my own.

Plenty of girls here in America need adopting. Or are you the type that wants to post your colored baby on social media so all of your progressive friends will be impressed?

I’ve had friends argue with me about this point, including one of my best friends on this adoption train as well but insisting on their future kid being American. But seeing the orphanage just changed me. Sorry, I don’t see the borders when I saw all of those girls horrified and fricked up. I want to save one of them. If you save an American child, then more power to you, and you have my complete support and respect.

It’s just really hard to walk off a Chinese orphanage experience and then have Americans understand it if they haven’t been through it. It’s just once you see it you think “I need to save these kids”. All precious and I want to save at least one of them from damnation.

They make new ones every day.

And she doesn’t have to be a virgin to not have a kid that isn’t yours.

I respect the hell out of stepdads, I just don’t see it working out for me

Raised my oldest daughter since she was 18 months old. Haven't seen or heard from her biological father since she was 2 (17 now) and legally adopted her when she was 5. I can see how it would be trickier if he had stayed involved but I'm the only dad she's ever known.

you really don't get why someone might not want to deal with other people's kids?

Because I don't like kids.

Nope. I just don't like kids. And I refuse to date someone with kids. Easy as that. Don't know why that's so controversial.

I never knew the spermdonor. I don't think he even knew I existed. Mom was young and dumb, got knocked up by a married boss. My dad is just that, my dad. People ask is I want to find my "real" dad. I have a real dad, the man who raised me.

I get it on some levels. But what I don’t get is why it would be a deal breaker in everything else is right.

Of all the shite in the world, I just think it’s odd that someone would let a kid prevent them from finding what might be real happiness.

You think there aren’t orphanages here in America just as terrible? Let me take you to Rosebud.

Your money and time would be better spent here.

I’d adopt nephews/nieces or other family members if they were orphaned without hesitation, but I’m not caring for some slut’s brats to get some arse.

because that's not really how it works. you could say the same thing about fat women, women with hideous faces, women with drug addictions, etc.

everyone has their deal breakers.

This is why he should have just told you to frick off the first time. He gave you a very reasonable answer based on personal experiences that clearly impacted him, and instead of taking the chance to accept it, you double down on telling someone how to spend their money and dictate a very important and personal decision.

Go frick yourself. He took in a woman with a sick child and provided an amazing life. You are pathetic.

When I was younger, probably. Now, I barely want to raise my kids.
