One side would sympathize with whichever country attacked us.

I don't want unification. America needs to balkanize. The idea that 327 million people spread out over a geographic area as large as ours can be governed by an honest and accountable government is an impossibility. The United States of America fleeces its taxpayers. It fights unjust and immoral wars that get its citizens killed and its politicians rich. It sends taxpayer money to dozens of countries, even those who want to kill us. It spies on its citizens and imprisons those who try to reveal the extent of said spying. Our politicians enter their jobs as public servants and leave with tens of millions of dollars.
Almost every aspect of our lives is regulated by the government today. The United States of America is a failed experiment and needs to be disbanded, so those of us who want to be left alone can be left alone, and those who want the government to wipe their arse can live in an Orwellian dystopia.

Exactly, progs like to talk about all these countries with completely homogenous societies and air tight borders as examples of why America is garbage. They unkownlingly live in the most unracist while still being as diverse country with the highest standard of living in all of history.
You want a place more tolerant? You're gonna have to sacrifice some standard of living, you want a place with a higher standard of living? You better be the same race as everyone else there or you aren't getting in.

No, I wouldn’t want American blood spilled for California or New York or any other blue states. If a red state is attacked then yes I would be in favor of defending them.

Unfortunately, no. I believe we are well past the point of no return. It may take another 50 or 75 years, but one of two things will happen.
