Plus Mardi Gras happened at the worst possible time as far as Covid-19 is concerned so Louisiana is going to be hit harder than most states.

Are you trying to say that black people are the problem because the majority of blacks in Louisiana are poor and uneducated?
I wonder how things would be if they were allowed to get an education while they were slaves. This is just a fact. You can't deny people an education and once they are free give them a half arse education and then years later, once they become equal expect them to flourish.
So do you really need to see a breakdown in demographics?
