$10 gift card to Golden Corral

We get it every year from my wife's great aunt

We probably have like $100 worth of GC gift cards now, which I guess could feed us for like a month

My offering from yesterday's thread...

When I was about 11, and my brother 8, one of my aunts, fresh off attendance of a Kid Rock concert bought us each a T shirt for Christmas. My brother's shirt was the silhouette of a stripper and said "I support Single Moms". Mine, was a cartoonish depiction of Kid Rock dressed as Uncle Sam with "I Want You to Suck My Balls". My parents were none too thrilled.

Worst : some remote control car. It was snake, viper, I think. The head would pop up and shoot water.

Every kid on the block got one. The radio signals got all mixed up and shite was haywire. Remotes controlling other cars. Was fantastically comical.

When I was in high school Tommy Hilfiger was really popular and I asked for the Tommy Girl perfume for Christmas. Instead, my mom gave me the men's cologne.

To be honest, I'd have to read the tag/label to know the difference. I've never once in my life looked at another man and wondered what brand of shirt he was wearing...I don't give a shite what you wear. I couldn't tell you what any of mine are...I buy something based on how it looks, wears, and reasonable price, not what the brand is. So if that's your worst gift....well you must be miserable.

Well..... lets be honest, I didnt show my I was mad until after everyone left my house, and yes some people might think its petty, but I did get the shyt end of things.

Last year my mom needed help buying everyones gifts, so day after day i went with her. I picked out everyones great gifts, she spent bank on everyone.

I hold Christmas at my house, anf about 30 mins before it started she said she had to leave real quick. She comes back 30 mins after the party started. Long story short, she forgot to buy me anything!!!!!!

SO......while everyone was opening up new purses, boots, jackets, shirts ect.ect ect. I got 4 coffee mugs, and a cake saver from the dollar store. Not that its a bad thing I drink ALOT of coffee, and bake alot. But come on!!!!

When I was 12 years old, I got Boggle the game from my aunt and uncle. When I was 13 years old, they gave me Boggle again.

When I was 10, I asked my parents for an RC car. I played Santa that year, so I got to distribute the presents. There was a present the same size asan RC car with my name on it. I was pumped. Waited to open it last in front of everyone. It was an electric blanket.

I was an innocent bystander for this one. A 9 year old distant cousin had asked for some kind of toy motorcycle present. He got one from my aunt (his grandmother).

She hadn't noticed that the present was the "girl's version" that had the rider dressed in pink leathers. He noticed immediately and made his displeasure loudly known.

I couldn't stop laughing, which probably didn't help.

Worst Christmas I can remember was the first one after my maternal grandmother (she had raised me and my brother since we were infants) died. Me and my brother were sent to live with my father's family who we did not know. They did Christmas all together at fraternal grandparents house where all the kids got their presents. I watched all them opening up cool expensive gifts like video games, stereos, cool toys. So what did I get? Well I got a pack of white tube socks. That's it, that's the only damned thing I got. Some damned socks.
