In the US, Trail Ridge Road in the Rocky Mountain National Park is quite a drive. Only 50 miles that can take two hours or all day if you stop at the many scenic overviews.

HWY 32 (devil's backbone) south of Wimberley, TX. It's not very long (>20 miles?) but it's a very beautiful drive. I'm sure it doesn't hold a candle to million dollar hwy or others mentioned here but it holds a special place in my heart.
