Someone already updated his Wikipedia page.

They dont apply to him. Other players went around the traffic same as he did.

Sounds like the cop has personal problems and took it out on Scottie.

Cops are hunting us.
I hope Scheffler sues everyone into oblivion.

....and the cop is flipping burgers next week.

That’d be tight if the other players refused to tee off until he was released and apologized to.

I dont follow golf, and i barely know who Sheffler is.. but i personally dont care for traffic cops and i dont blame him for trying to maneuver his way in so he could do his job….. The only thing that gives me pause is the fact that there was apparently a dead body, a pedestrian who as killed prior to the Sheffler incident.. to me, that changes the tone of everything .

Cop has money on the field and was trying to frick up Scottie’s wrist.

It’s obvious. He didn’t sign his last score card. Fraudster.

Why, he wasn't going anywhere
Posted on 5/17/24 at 7:10 am to CerRegKnockoutArtist
i don't always side with the cops. but, if he was told to stop and he refused then, that's on him.
whether you're the #1 golfer or a guy playing golf for the first time ever.
espn keeps repeating he's the #1, he's the #1. That's irrelevant in this situation.

At least the cops didn't go Breonna Taylor on him.
But, even if they did, since he's white, there would have been no protests and outrage

It’s certainly different than if he was just driving around the cops working event traffic (although it’s possible the cop was already assigned to that, I don’t think it’s clear at this point).
That being said, these guys have to drive around stopped traffic / drive through gates where others aren’t allowed all the time. From what’s being reported it does not sound like he was driving into the actual scene if the accident, just trying to get to the gate of the course (which apparently is what the rest of the players did as well).
It definitely seems like a misunderstanding but you’d think the cops would have a conversation before arresting the number one player, as he turns into the event gate, an hour before his tee time.

No context and you come with this shite? You are a fricking moron. Did you get the response you were hoping for?

Scottie getting his street cred today. Needs come out with orange jumpsuit and tear drop tat on his eye and smoke everyone on the course this weekend.

No, I'd like to think cops treat all citizens equally
