Getting concerned though because I take a rather substantial amount of Coumadin and my nose has been bleeding a good deal for a while now tonight. My hotel room is staring to look like a crime scene. Gotta stop the bleeding

I’m in a Hampton Inn in Spanish Fort. I think they have some chips and ice cream in the lobby. As for anything high in vitamin K though, I’m out of luck.
I still have some tissues left from box in the bathroom that I haven’t soaked through yet. It should slow down soon I think.

Actually, American football is incredibly stupid. 75% of your chance at being good hinges around having a really good quarterback. There’s only like 10 minutes of actual play in a 3 hour game. You need a bunch of expensive equipment to play an actual game. You can’t improve by playing with yourself. The gameplay is mired in penalties which could literally be called on every down. You need a hundred players to fill a roster. You need a coach for every single position. It’s just all around a terrible sport.
Actual football that you actually play with your feet, or soccer, is beautiful. It’s the perfect sport. 90 minutes of action, no timeouts, no huddles, a good team can win without a great player, goals are harder to accomplish and more meaningful, beautiful goals are aesthetically more pleasing.
