Deadlift pyramid (hit PR at the top but I was mad because I think I could have gotten more)
Pullups
Cable row
One arm dumbell row

Standing Press 531 method
Seated dumbbell partial presses
Side lats
Super heavy dumbbell shrugs
and probably some sort of fast, intense metcon, like Tabata hill Sprints.

5 deadlifts @ 275lbs
13 push-ups
9 box jumps

I didn't actually design the workout. It's something called a "Hero" workout, that was designed to honor a fallen soldier. The soldier honored by this particular workout was killed on May 13th, 2009 (ergo the 05/13/09) rep scheme.
